Good to know
Where is my email stored?
On Avitech's own servers and network in Kenya. Your mail is never scanned for advertising or sold to anyone.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 3 users on one domain, with webmail and spam protection, for as long as you like. Upgrade when you need mail apps, more storage or more people.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. Your domain stays with your registrar. You only change its mail records to point at Bahari Mail, and we'll give you the exact values.
Can you move my old mail over?
Yes. On Mail Premium we do it for you; on Mail Lite we give you step-by-step guides. Folders and contacts come across too.
Do you have apps?
Yes. Preview apps for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux are on our download page, and the iPhone app is coming. You can also use the webmail in any browser, or your phone's and computer's own mail apps.
How do I pay?
We invoice in Kenya shillings, yearly or monthly. Talk to us about the payment method that suits your business.
